If you are interested in improving your shooting skills as well as skating skills, this is definitely the place to go. There is no other place in southern california that you can go to get the type of training they provide. I have been going to hockey alley with my 5 year old son once a week for a few months now and my son has improved significantly and he really has fun. Both Jack and Steve are great
teachers and really understand hockey and how to teach proper techniques. I have been playing recreational hockey for over 15 years now and I definitely have picked up a lot of bad habits shooting the puck especially with my slap shot but I was finally able to fix my problem.

Hockey Alley is a place that turns good hockey players into great ones. I owe the success of my hockey career from Div 1 NCAA to
professional leagues to them. If you are going to spend money on training yourself or your child spend it where you will see results at Hockey Alley.
They are a family business and they treat all of their players like family! Great people and a great training facility. Thanks
I found out about Jack and Steve's hockey facility years ago after seeing my friends son shot improve I asked his dad where he learned how to shoot? He told me the guys in California taught him. So every summer for 6 years I took my son down to California to train at Hockey alley and all the great
techniques they taught him not only did he improve his shot also his skating got a lot better as well which helped him get into tier 2 Jr. A and a Div. 1 scholarship to college. I felt going to Jack and Steve was better for my son than wasting money on summer camps where there was no improvement.

I've been training with Jack and Steve for over 10 years. Before there was hockey alley we used to shoot
pucks in his garage. In a very short period of time I learned how to take a slap shot. Before practicing I couldn't get the
puck off the ice if my life depended on it. Jack and Steve showed me the correct way and after shooting thousands of pucks I developed a great shot. During a session you will shoot hundreds of pucks. It is almost a non stop shooting frenzy. You will definitely learn how to shoot the correct way in a couple of sessions. Along with shooting you will also develop a great set of hands from playing in such tight quarters. On Tuesdays there are 2 on 2 games and this is where you really can improve your game. When I play the 2 on 2 games for a month then go out onto the big sheet of ice the puck feels like a magnet stuck to my stick. It is definitely the best place to develop your game.
long with all the great knowledge that Jack and Steve have to offer, they are also the nicest family I have ever met.
They are very kind and treat everyone with the utmost respect. They will also help you with your career.
When I was 17 Jack sent me to a tryout for a Junior team and turned my whole life around.
After Juniors I ended up playing for a NCAA Div 3 on the East Coast where I got a great education and played great hockey. He honestly cares about his students and likes to see them succeed. I think you will love Hockey Alley when you see how much of a difference it will make in your game. I've been training with Jack and Steve for 15 years now. The knowledge they have to offer is amazing.
